My usual expected delivery time is within two weeks. However, as most gifts are handpainted / handmade to order, I ask that you allow 28 days/one month for your order (may take longer if outside ROI). Items may take longer at busier times such as Christmas, Special Events etc, so please order as early as you can.   Orders are completed in rotation where possible.  If your need an order by a specific date, please contact me and let me know.  I do my best to facilitate all special requests. Thank you.

Post & Packaging Costs
Orders Within Ireland - The majority of my items are priced to include postage & packaging costs to any county in the Republic of Ireland unless otherwise stated. Postage is via standard post with An Post.  Registered post is available, please email to check the extra cost, thank you.   

Orders to the UK & Worldwide - Postage is available to most countries.  Please send me an email before you place your order to check the postage & packaging costs.

Availability
In the unusual situation that an item is out of stock I will email you to let you know. If you have already paid, the full amount will be refunded to you.

Sample photos - Please note the photos shown are an example of the product.  As most items are handpainted / handmade to order each one is different and unique.  This means I may use different colours, different text, different beads etc, I will paint it or make it to look the best I can. 

Pictures of most orders are taken and I reserve the right to use these photos at any time, for advertising & marketing purposes.

Payment
I accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card (through paypal, no paypal account needed) or Postal Order.

Parties
A €50 deposit is required for ALL parties & events.  If you need to cancel the party within 72hrs of the event, this deposit will be forfeited. 

Returns
I am happy to refund your purchase in full if you are not entirely satisfied with the item. I ask for the item to be returned in perfect condition, packaged as sent and within 14 days of receipt. I am unable to refund the cost of postage.

** I do not offer a full refund on personalised or customised items. I do offer to re paint the item upon return if you are not satisfied with it*

*** If you are returning a personalised item to have an error corrected, and the error was made by you when you ordered then the onus is on you as the customer to cover all associated p+p costs.

ALL parcels remain your responsibilty until they arrive safely with me.

I promise never to pass any of your personal details to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.
